By granting this consent to the processing of personal data, you consent to 1C Pro s.r.o., ID: 28513096, with registered office at Radčina 18, Praha 6, 16100, (hereinafter referred to as the "controller") processing your personal data under the following conditions.

Scope of Processing Your Personal Data

The controller will process your personal data to the extent you provided it in connection with the controller's marketing activities, specifically subscribing to email, printed, or telephone communications. The controller will primarily process your name, surname, email, telephone number, residential address or business address, organization name, and job position.

Purpose of Processing Your Personal Data

The controller will process your personal data for direct marketing purposes (i.e., offering products and services of the controller or third parties), including sending commercial communications within the meaning of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, and analyzing your behavior related to these commercial communications for the purpose of sending personalized service offers.

Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data

The legal basis for processing is your consent and the fact that your personal data is necessary for fulfilling the individual direct marketing purposes you have subscribed to. Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.4.2016 - (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR").

Period for Which Your Personal Data Will Be Processed

The controller will process your personal data in connection with the direct marketing purpose for a period of 10 years from opening an email newsletter sent by our company, attending an event organized by our company, or the last subscription to our magazine, unless you withdraw this consent.

Withdrawal of Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

You can withdraw this voluntarily granted consent to the processing of personal data at any time free of charge by sending an email to: marketing@1cpro.cz. Withdrawal of consent is also possible directly from each commercial communication sent to you by email. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before its withdrawal. Withdrawal of consent also does not affect the processing of personal data that the controller processes on a legal basis other than consent.

Persons with Access to Your Personal Data

Your personal data will be accessible to the controller, its employees, and possibly third parties – processors who provide appropriate guarantees and whose processing meets all GDPR requirements, and who will adequately protect your rights and your personal data. These persons are primarily legal and marketing advisors. However, these persons will only have access to this data for the period necessary and to the extent necessary, if it is necessary to provide the service and fulfill legal requirements.

The controller is entitled to request proof of your identity to prevent unauthorized persons from accessing your personal data. To improve the quality of services and maintain records of compliance with legal obligations, all communication between you and the controller may be monitored.

Your Rights Related to the Protection of Your Personal Data

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, correct or supplement personal data, request restriction of processing, object or complain against the processing of personal data, request data portability, access your personal data, be informed about personal data security breaches, deletion, and other rights established in the GDPR.

Right to Object

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data if the controller processes it for direct marketing purposes. The objection must be submitted to the controller. If you object to processing for direct marketing purposes, the controller will no longer process personal data to this extent, unless it demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for processing that override your interests or rights and freedoms, or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims. More information about this right is contained in Article 21 of the GDPR.

Right to File a Complaint with the Supervisory Authority

You can file a complaint at any time regarding the processing of your personal data or the controller's failure to fulfill its obligations under the GDPR to the supervisory authority. In the Czech Republic, the supervisory authority is the Office for Personal Data Protection, with registered office at Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, www.uoou.cz.

Obligation to Provide Personal Data. Consequences of Not Providing Personal Data

You provide your personal data entirely voluntarily. You have no obligation to provide it. If you do not provide your personal data, you will not be subject to any sanctions. However, if you do not provide personal data to the controller, it will not be able to send you individual commercial communications to which you subscribe (e.g., without your email address, the controller will not be able to send you Technical Tips, an invitation to a seminar, information about product news, or send you a product update offer). However, it is entirely at your discretion whether you want to receive these communications or not.
